Jamey Brzezinski and Charles Dennis McDevitt in Salon at the Triton: 2-D Art Competition and Exhibition

Congratulations to members Jamey Brzezinski and Charles Dennis McDevitt for being included in this year’s prestigious show, Salon at the Triton: a 2-D Art Competition and Exhibition.  Guest curator was Kevin B. Chen. Jamey Brzezinski also received 3rd Finalist Award in Painting for “Rocks, Water, Lichens, Moss & Fronds” 2018, acrylic on canvas. Show runs through January 20. Triton Museum of Art in Santa Clara is open Tues-Sun, 11-5.

San Mateo Arts Commission announces 2 art opportunities

1) SM Arts Commission, California Arts Council and California Lawyers for the Arts will implement a program for artists to create sequential art classes within San Mateo County Jail system. If you are interested in being considered as an instructor, contact Juda Tolmasoff at jtolmasoff@smcgov.org   8-hr training session requirement in order to participate. Compensation $175 per session for total of 12 sessions.       

2) San Bruno is putting out the call for two more utility box designers at $750 per box. Chosen designs will be placed on utility boxes via the vinyl wrap process. See Request for Proposals for more info.
